Only 3 more days till Christmas! Yay! I still have so much to do though. Also it looks like the weather is going to be nice enough for us to go to Ogden to pick up our Honey Baked Ham and do dinner and swimming on Christmas Eve with my mom and Rick.
We went to Grams house this weekend in Lewiston. We went over on Saturday afternoon and slept over. The kids love having sleep overs. Lexi didn't sleep very well and kept me up some of the night. In the morning we watched Rudolph and the Island of Misfit Toys, Santa Clause is Comming to Town and the new movie A Meiser Brothers Christmas. We got a free DVD rental from the RedBox so we wented Journey to the Center of the Earth. That was my favorite movie of the day.
Ladell, Joann and Mitch showed up around Lunch time and brough KFC chicken with them. It was so yummy. This is one of our favorite meals to have a grams house. The kids loved seeing Mitch. They call him Uncle Mitch because Kris is the closest thing to a brother Mitch has. Kris, Mitch, Zak and Kayja played games together. They had so much fun. Lexi was like a Koala the whole time. She just clung to my neck and wouldn't let me put her down. Since we left her with grandma with the basketball in September for a few days she hasn't wanted to go to hardly anyone but Kris or I let alone people she doesn't know or hasn't seen in a while. She is such a silly girl. She is getting so big. Lexi is definately ready for Christmas. She keeps trying to rip presents open.
I keep bugging Kris about what we are going to do when we close the store. But he doesn't want to talk about it. He just wants to take care of it in his own way. It is kind of hard for me. But I think I have figured out a few things that will keep me busy and happy. I know I am supposed to stay home with my Children. They need me. But I also need to do things for myself. Going to gymnastics once a week has definately helped out. I hope I can continue to keep going for a while. I love getting the exercise. Even if it is just once a week.
I want to write and take pictures. Probably make books. I should be able to do this in my spare time with my kids. I want to write informative books and about things I like and things I learn about. Also I think I am going to write a book on how to be a good stay at home mom and making the decision. I know I have lots to tell about my experiences and there is lots more for me to learn and research to help me be better. I need to get organized a little better. I make lots of lists of things. I'm hoping I can put them all on here eventually. Then I have everything in one place, and it doesn't take up any space.
I think I want to make tourism information about lots of different destinations I want to go to. This way hopefully I'll get to travel everywhere to take the pictures for my books. I'm going to start close to home on a small budget. I'm going to take pictures of all the fun things to do in Logan and the Cache Valley area to start with. I'm excited to do this with my kids. They will have so much fun and so will I.

Today I got to stay home with the kids and clean the house. Zak really loves playing his Star Wars Legos video game. It doesn't matter how many times he beats the game. I put Kayja and Lexi in the tub while I was doing laundry and cleaning. They are like little fish. They love to swim in the tub. Today, Lexi decided she was going to get in and out of the tub so I had to take her out.
This morning Kris broke out the Christmas home videos from years past. It is fun seeing the kids when they were really little. We've always liked to watch home videos. Tonight we drove down to Corrine to go to my mom's ward Christmas Party. It was probably the best one I've ever been to. They did the whole Grinch Story and we were at the Christmas Feast. The numbers they did were also really fun. I want to put on a show like that some day. It doesn't have to be professional or anything. I just love to perform. I've been wanting to put together something like a Christmas show with my little family. The kids would love it.
I'm really excited for Christmas. It is going to be different this year. On Christmas Eve we are going to go to a Mexican Restraunt for dinner in Brigham City with my Mom, Rick, Lisa and Mike. Then we are going to go swimming in the hot springs for an hour or so. (Hopefully this makes the kids tired so they sleep-in in the morning.) If not it's ok because it will be Christmas. One big reason I can't wait for Christmas is because I finally get a little bit of a break. I get to stay home and enjoy my time with my family and play games.

Today I worked at the store again. I'm getting really excited for Christmas. Christmas Eve is only a week away. I still have lots of shopping to do. But I guess that isn't really the spirit of Christmas. I am trying really hard to focus on Christ this Christmas season and be more like him. I finished reading the Book of Mormon for this year early in December so I started into the New Testament. Kris said that if I wanted to learn more about Christ I needed to read it again. I'm hoping I'll get more insight this time just like I did with this last time that I read the Book of Mormon. It seemed like every chapter had something in it that I needed to hear or ponder at the specific time I read it.
I am very greatful to have the scriptures to guide my life. I think if I didn't believe in Christ my life would be really different. I have depression and it seems like the only way I get through things is leaning on my Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ. The more I consistantly do the things the lord asks the happier my life is. One important thing that I've learned this last year is to be GREATFUL for everything and live in the gratitude circle. I've had to try not to feel entitled to things anymore. Plus, things don't always have to be the way they seem.
I am especially greatful for my wonderful husband and all that he does for me. He has been sick a lot durring our short time of marriage and I have been pretty onery about it because it happens so often. I'm trying now to do my best to help him out and just be happy. It has made a bid difference. I also recently decided that I didn't need to give everything I loved before I got married. I just needed to put it in a different Priority order. When Zak started into Gymnastics it really made me want to do it again. It was something that made me feel good inside and out. It is such an accomplishment to me. So right now I am just doing gymnastics for fun and exercise. But who knows, maybe I'll be able to compete again.
I'm also very greatful for children who love me in spite of my flaws. They love me and take care of me when I feel sad. They have such sweet spirits. I think they've taught me more than I've taught them. But I realised I didn't need to teach them everything, because I really don't know everything. But everyone has different gifts and talents that contribute to raising a child. It really does take a whole community to raise a child. But it does start at home.

Hi, Today I went to work at our store. We finally got our big shipments of games and Heroclix. Now I have lots to do to update our ebay store. We got 2 Sinestro Batman Chase Figures. They are worth more than $100.00 We also got a Spider-Woman Chase figure.
I went to Gymnastics this evening. It was soooooo fun. I went for the first time last week. It took me 3 days to quit being sore. Today we did a little bit of tumbling. I'm gaining my skills back. I can do back handsprings, back tucks, whips and back layouts. I'm almost to where I left off. Then we got to practice skills on the trampoline. They have 3 of them at the gym, and there was only 3 of us so I got my own. I've never competed in Trampoline before so I don't know all the basic skills but I can do a lot of the flips. I did learn some new things too. I had a lot of fun.

Today I went to work at the store. Kris and I own and Game Store in the Cache Valley Mall. We are so happy it is Christmas time. Sales are going really well right now. I have lots to do all the time. But I am trying to manage my time better and remember what is most important and what my priorities should be.
Gerryn brought Zak and Kayja home today. The weather was good enough to drive in this morning. I didn't know they had gotten home while I was working. So it was a surprise when I got home. After I left the store I had to go mail packages of stuff that had been bought from our Ebay store. Today was supposed to be the busiest mailing day of the year and the lines were supposed to be long. However, it really wasn't that bad, compared to the last two days I went last week. The news people must have scared everyone off.
After that I went to Walmart. I had to get Kris some Pepto Bismal for his stomach. I also was looking for presents for Lexi. But I didn't find anything I loved. So I didn't buy anything but the medicine. After that I went to Little Ceaser's Pizza to get Lunch. Then I finally got to go home. That is when I was surprised when I walked in the door by Zak and Kayja. They looked so good. They both got haircuts while they were at grandma's house. They were also excited I had brough home pizza.
I then packaged Randee and Kit's family presesnts because I had to send them today so they would get there before Christmas. Actually I might have been able to wait a few more days but I would rather be safe than sorry. Kris' family always draws names for people to get each other gifts, and we had them this year.
The kids are so excited for Christmas. They keep asking if Santa is going to come tonight because it finally snowed. We haven't been able to put any presents under the tree this year because Lexi has learned that ripping the paper off of the presents is fun. Plus last year we wrapped each kids presents in a different wrapping paper. Kayja ended up opening a few of her gifits. So we'll all be really surprised on Christmas morning when we see the presents under the tree.
One tradition that we really like is getting a Honey Baked Ham and Turkey for Christmas day. This is the best tasteing meat. It is even good cold and on sandwhiches. I am tired, so GOODNIGHT!
